 Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 Purpose

1. This Terms and Conditions specifies terms, conditions and procedures for using Website and Game Rating Classification System Site which Game Rating Administration Committee (hereinafter referred to as DORNBIRN) is operating.

2. It is your responsibility to read and understand the the Terms and Conditions for all members who use the site operated by DORNBIRN.

Article 2 Notification and Effect of the Terms

1. The terms of this Agreement shall be effective upon posting on the Service screen of the Site or otherwise notifying the Member.

2. The Terms Conditions for service can be amended by DORNBIRN, and the amended Terms and Conditions shall become effective upon notice in the same manner as in Paragraph 1 above.

3. Membership shall mean the agreement of the terms and conditions of the site by subscribing to the "Members of DORNBIRN′s homepage and Game Rating Classification System site" (hereinafter referred to as "members"), DORNBIRN have the right that can change the terms and conditions of the site with or without notice at any time.
We will not be able to appeal the reason for not responding quickly to this change or not receiving the notice, so we ask that you not be mistaken in the future. You can’t raise objections that you didn’t receive notice or respond quickly to this change, so we ask that you are not be mistaken in the future.

Article 3 Other terms and conditions

The provisions not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Telecommunications Basic Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Electronic Transactions Act, the Electronic Signature Act, the Telecommunications Sales Act and other related laws and regulations.

Article 4 Definitions of Terms

Terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows.

1. Member: A person who has entered into a contract to use the site

2. ID: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member and approved by DORNBIRN

3. Password: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member to protect his / her confidentiality

4. Withdrawal: The intention to terminate the use contract after the use of the site

Chapter 2 Service Use Contract

Article 1 Establishment of Use Contract

1. When you register for the Site, you agree to these Terms and conditions by clicking on the "I Accept" button after reading the Terms and Conditions.

2. The use contract will be established if you select "Complete" after enterring the member information.

3. Anyone who wishes to use the service by subscribing to the membership must provide the personal information requested on DORNBIRN.

4. In principle, the use contract shall be signed with one ID per member.

Article 2 Application for Use

The application form is complied with online application form.

Article 3 Approval of application for use

The Site approves the subscription of member who has made an application for use by accurately describing all matters stipulated in Article 2, Chapter 2.

Article 4 Non-acceptance of application for use

1. The Site may refuse to register for the following application or modify or delete the Member′s information without notifying the Member after registration.

1) If you apply with using the name of another person
2) In case of applying for false information,
3) If you apply for the purpose of hindering the well-being and good morals of society
4) If you are registered as a credit-impaired person in accordance with the Act on the Use and Protection of Credit Information
5) In case the acceptance of the use is difficult due to reasons attributable to the applicant for other use

2. DORNBIRN may refuse to accept the following application for use until the reasons for the non-approval are resolved.

1) There is no room for the facilities of DORNBIRN
2) When there is technical obstacle of DORNBIRN
3) When it is deemed necessary for other by DORNBIRN

3. If the application is not accepted or restricted, DORNBIRN must notify the applicant of this.

Article 5 Change of Contract

Members must make online corrections if any changes are made in application when you registered application.

Article 6 Sharing of Member Information

1. For better service, the member information of DORNBIRN can be shared with other organizations in affiliation, acquisition, distribution, or merger.

2. In case of events where various prizes are offered, winner registration information can be shared by consultation with the prize sponsor.

3. In the event of any of the reasons set forth in Paragraphs 1 and 2 above, DORNBIRN must notify the member of the facts.

Article 7 Use of Additional Member Information

We will use the additional information provided by the member when using the bulletin board service for management and statistical purposes only.

Article 8 Provision of information

DORNBIRN can provide its members with the services and events or information services of DORNBIRN by e-mail or letter mail, and etc.

Article 9 Protection of Personal Information

1. When collecting personal information of the user, we DORNBIRN receives the consent of the user.

2. In the case of the use of personal information for internal management, statistical purposes, or any use other than that described in Chapter 2, Article 6, or occurrence of loss, theft, leakage, DORNBIRN will be responsible for any damages caused by that.


Chapter 3 Service Use

Article 1 Use of Services

The use of the service is conducted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless there is a special obstacle in the business or technical aspects of task of DORNBIRN. However, if it is deemed necessary to improve the service such as periodic inspection, the service can be temporarily suspended after notifying in advance.

Article 2 Suspension of Service

We can stop providing the service if the following items are covered:

1. Inevitable for equipment maintenance

2. When a telecommunications carrier prescribed in the Telecommunication Business Act suspends telecommunication services

3. Miscellaneous situations If you are unable to provide the service

Article 3 Elimination of file information and deletion of membership rights

1. If we DORNBIRN decide that the capacity of the service facility is insufficient, we may delete member′s information and personal information as necessary.

2. We can search for members′ information and personal information that we decide to be problematic in service operation or security without a prior notice.

3. In case of Paragraph 1, DORNBIRN will notify the relevant matters by service or e-mail in advance.


Chapter 4 Restrictions on Use of the Service and Termination of the Contract

Article 1 Restrictions on Use of Services

1. Member shall not use the service in the following cases, and if so, DORNBIRN may restrict the use of the service.

1) Unfair use of another member′s ID
2) Acts related to criminal activities or other crimes
3) Disturbance in the goodwill and other social order
4) To defame or insult others′ honor
5) Acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
6) Acts of hacking or disseminating computer virus
7) Continuously transmitting certain contents such as advertisement information against the will of others
8) Any act that may interfere with or disturb the safe operation of the service
9) Acts that violate other related laws and regulations

Article 2 Termination of Contract

1. If a member intends to terminate the contract, he / she shall apply for DORNBIRN up to one day prior to the date on which he or she intends to terminate the contract by the service or an e-mail (provided that the termination date is a statutory holiday, two days before the start of the holiday).

2. DORNBIRN can terminate the service use agreement if the member violates the contents of Article 1 of Chapter 4 and does not resolve it within the prescribed period of time.

3. If the member whose membership is terminated by Paragraph 2 applies for the use again, DORNBIRN can restrict the approval of the application for a certain period of time.


Chapter 5 Responsibility

Article 1 Membership Obligations

1. Members are responsible for all management of their ID and password.

2. Member ID and password can not be transferred, rented, or loaned to any other person without prior consent of the DORNBIRN

3. If your Member ID is used in bad faith, the Member must notify DORNBIRN of it.

4. If there is a change in the content of the application form, the member must notify DORNBIRN of it. through the service.

5. Members are required to comply with the provisions of this Agreement and related laws.

Article 2 Duties of DORNBIRN

1. We DORNBIRN will let the member use the Service on the commencement date of the service requested by the Member as set forth in these Terms and Conditions, except as provided in Article 1 and Article 2 of Chapter 3.

2. DORNBIRN is obligated to provide the service continuously and reliably as stipulated in these Terms and Conditions. However, even if it is inevitable, we will not be responsible for any loss of personal information.

3. DORNBIRN does not disclose or distribute the member′s personal information to others without his or her consent. However, this does not apply if there is a request from a government agency, etc. in accordance with relevant laws and regulations related to telecommunication.

4. DORNBIRN must immediately handle the situation if any comments or complaints from members are justified. However, if it is difficult to process it promptly, DORNBIRN should notify the member of the reason and schedule of the processing.

Article 3 Deletion of post or contents

DORNBIRN can remove the post or contents of the Service in violation of the provisions of Article 1 of Chapter 4, or in case of exceeding the posting period prescribed by DORNBIRN, without prior notice or consent.


Chapter 6 Compensation for damages and Exemption provisions

Article 1 Compensation for damages

We DORNBIRN will not be liable for any damages incurred by members in connection with the use of the service, except in case of a serious damage caused by DORNBIRN.

Article 2 Exemption provisions

1. If DORNBIRN is unable to provide the service due to natural disasters or irresistible force, DORNBIRN will be exempted from responsibility for the service.

2. DORNBIRN are not responsible for the obstacles of using the service due to the reasons of the members.

3. We DORNBIRN will not be liable for any loss or damage that you may incur as a result of the use of the service or the results you expect to receive from the service.

4. We DORNBIRN will not be liable for the content, accuracy, and reliability of the information, materials, facts posted on the service by the member.

5. Members are responsible for damages caused by carelessness in the management and use of their ID and password, or unfair use by a third party.

6. If DORNBIRN should bear a responsibility and get any damages from a member or a third party for violation of Article 1 of Chapter 4 or any other provision of this Agreement, The Member who violated this Agreement must compensate for all damages incurred to DORNBIRN and indemnify DORNBIRN from the damages.


Chapter 7 Use of Bulletin Board

Article 1 Restrictions on Use of Bulletin Board

1. DORNBIRN operates a bulletin board service so that users can express their opinions and share common interests.

2. The following provisions are items that can restrict the use of the bulletin board, and they are not limited to these items.

1) To defame, abuse, steal, threaten, harass or otherwise violate the legal rights such as the privacy and publicity rights of others
2) Publishing, mailing, istributing or disseminating inappropriate, defamatory, infringing, obscene contents or illegal titles, names, materials or information.
3) Uploading a file containing software or other materials protected by Intellectual Property Rights Act, except where the user owns or controls the rights thereto, or has obtained all necessary consents.
4) Uploading material that contains viruses, tainted files, or other similar software or programs that may harm others′ computers.
5) Advertising or selling goods or services for commercial purposes.
6) Conducting research, contests, pyramid schemes, or sending letters of luck
7) Downloading a file posted by another user which can not be properly distributed and user know about it and is expected to know it reasonably.
8) To forge or remove the author′s marking, legal or other appropriate notice, or trade name or its origin of the software or other material contained in the uploaded file.
9) Restrict or prohibit other users from using or enjoying bulletin boards
10) Posting non-stylistic contents such as sexually explicit content that is contrary to public order and morality, or that promotes or defames a specific religion or causes other local feelings.

3. DORNBIRN reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the bulletin boards at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Article 2 Responsibilities of DORNBIRN

1. DORNBIRN is not obligated to censor the bulletin board. However, DORNBIRN can disclose the information in order to satisfy applicable laws, regulations, legal process or government requests. And DORNBIRN reserves rights to edit or transmit any or all of the information or materials at its sole discretion.

2. You acknowledge that all the bulletin board services are public communications but not a private communication, therefore your communications can be read by anyone other than you. You should always be careful when sending information on the bulletin board about the user or user’s children which someone can identify the user or user’s children. DORNBIRN does not control or approve the contents, messages or information on the bulletin board.

3. DORNBIRN expressly disclaims liability for the bulletin board and for any incident occurring from the user′s participation in the bulletin board.


Chapter 8 Others

Article 1 Changes in Terms

We DORNBIRN have an obligation to notify us at least 7 days before the revision of the Terms and Conditions for service and if There are unfavorable things to the user, DORNBIRN must notify the user 30 days in advance.

Article 2 Solution of a Dispute

1. DORNBIRN and its members must make every effort to resolve any dispute arising out of the Service.

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 1, if a lawsuit is filed due to the dispute, the court of jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act shall be the exclusive jurisdiction.

Supplementary provision

Effective Date: This Terms and Conditions for service will be Effective on March 1, 2021.
